ICDAM 2025 will be held from April 27 – 30, 2025 at the Hilton Toronto in Toronto, Canada. ICDAM 2025 marks the 12th ICDAM and the first one to be held in Canada.

Full day workshops: $100
Half day workshops: $65
*Mid-morning and mid-afternoon break refreshments are included. A 1.5 hour lunch break will be scheduled for the full day workshops and participants will be provided with a list of nearby eateries. Lunch is not provided within the conference venue for the full day workshops to reduce the workshop cost for participants.

Registration Categories
Student/Trainee: Any student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree-granting program at an educational institution of higher learning.
Emeritus: Any person retired from working in academia, governmental agencies, or non-profit organizations.
Low/Middle Income Countries: Any person currently residing in a country identified on the World Bank list of nations with economies defined as Low Income, Low-Middle Income, or Upper-Middle Income,
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received in writing. The registration fee paid less a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received by email prior to March 27, 2025. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $75 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by March 27, 2025. Following this date, no transfers will be issued.
The ICDAM 2025 organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program. The conference organizers are not responsible for any non-refundable expenses participants incur associated with this event.
Conflict of Interest and Sponsorship Policy
All presenters are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
ICDAM does not accept sponsorships from the food, beverage, supplement, or pharmaceutical industries.
