Submission Categories
Pre-Conference Workshops
Pre-conference workshops are designed for a smaller number of participants, and should involve interactive features (e.g. data analysis, open discussion, demonstrations) having a high degree of participant involvement. Workshops will be either 3 or 6 hours in length.

Symposia
Symposia offer the opportunity to explore a common theme, emerging developments, and/or controversies. Symposia may take different formats, such as talks by multiple presenters followed by a discussant, or panel discussions. The inclusion of discussion time within all symposia is recommended.
