Submission Guidelines

Pre-conference workshops will be hosted at the Hilton Toronto on Sunday, April 27th, and will be programmed from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Workshops can be programmed for a half day or full day.

Workshops provide an opportunity for participants to learn about new techniques or technologies or gain in-depth knowledge on a particular topic. Pre-conference workshops are designed for a relatively small number of participants, and should involve interactive features, such as demonstrations, discussions, or hands-on activities such as data analysis.

Workshops that integrate facilitators and/or speakers from multiple countries and that integrate aspects related to assessing both diet and activity are encouraged.

Please submit your proposal for a pre-conference workshop by 11:59 p.m. PDT (UTC -7) on May 30, 2024.

ICDAM submissions are now managed by Conference Manager 2.0, a management application that is also used by other organizations. Due to this shared system, you may have an existing account. • On the landing page, locate the New User heading and select “create user profile”.
    • The email and password used to create your account will be required for ICDAM submissions and registration, as well as for your ISDAM membership.
      • Note: When you create an account on Conference Manager 2.0, you will be asked to create a profile, which includes optional information such as social media handles and name for conference badges. You only need to create a profile once and the information that you provide will be applied to your ICDAM submissions and registration and your ISDAM membership.
